Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! You can send your gift box straight to your recipient. Just make sure to enter their full name and delivery address at checkout.
Can I add a personalised gift message?
Yes, absolutely. All of our gift boxes come with a free notecard of your choice. Just add your message in the box provided, and we will handwrite it for you and pop it inside the gift box.
Will you include receipts or invoices in my gift?
No — we do not include receipts or pricing inside our gift boxes. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order, but the recipient won't see any payment information.
I like a gift box, but I have special dietary requirements. Can I change some of the items?
Absolutely! Please get in touch with us at hello@dazzlebox.co.uk before placing your order and let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies. We’ll work with you to find suitable alternatives for the affected items. No substitutions will be a surprise — we’ll suggest each replacement and only include it once you’ve approved it.
Can you create a personalised gift box based on someone’s tastes and preferences?
Absolutely! We can create a completely bespoke gift box for any occasion, from birthdays and special celebrations to bridal party gift boxes and more. Simply get in touch at hello@dazzlebox.co.uk
and tell us about the recipient, occasion, preferred items, colours or theme you’d like for the box, and your budget.
We’ll work with you to create something that feels just right, with options for personalised products and bespoke packaging to make your gift even more special.
How will my gift box be sent?
All boxes are sent inside outer packaging — meaning they arrive in perfect condition and are ready to gift straight away.
How will my DazzleBox be packaged?
Every DazzleBox is carefully packed to make opening it feel just as special as the gift itself. Your gifts are nestled in natural brown shredded paper, beautifully wrapped with our signature sage-green tissue paper, and presented in a robust, natural kraft gift box made with eco-friendly materials. Each box is finished with a sage-green satin ribbon and a beautiful handmade bow, ready to gift from the moment it arrives.
Can I order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to different addresses?
Absolutely! Whether you’re sending personal gifts or corporate gift boxes, you can send DazzleBoxes to multiple addresses across the UK.
You can place separate orders and enter each recipient’s address individually, or purchase all your gift boxes together in one order. If ordering together, simply tick the "Shipping to multiple addresses" box on the product page, and we’ll contact you within 8 hours of placing your order to collect the delivery details for each recipient.
