🎁 Can I Send the Boxes as Gifts?

Absolutely! A six-month DazzleBox makes a lovely gift for a birthday, thank you, congratulations or simply to brighten someone’s month.

Enter the first recipient’s address when ordering and we’ll send the first box there. Want the following boxes to go to someone else or to you? No problem — email us with your order number and the new delivery details, and we’ll arrange it for you.

You can choose a notecard and add your personal message when ordering, and we’ll carefully handwrite it for you.

If you’re sending each month’s box to a different person, simply email us before each delivery with the card you’d like and your message, and we’ll personalize each gift individually.

The size of your DazzleBox may vary depending on the gifts selected. Most subscriptions are sent in our large 32 × 23 × 2 cm letterbox box, but some gifts — such as a mug, tumbler, book or other larger item — may require a deeper gift box.

Ready-made gift boxes and Letterboxes are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Larger orders of 10 or more boxes may require a little extra preparation time, and we’ll confirm the expected dispatch date with you.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard deliveries.

● Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow its journey.

● Branded Gifts & Custom Orders Processing Info
Branded gifts and custom orders require a little more preparation and are usually dispatched within 10-15 working days (it might be less depending on the size of the order). For larger or more complex branded orders, we’ll confirm the expected timeframe with you before your order is prepared.

Yes, absolutely. All of our gift boxes come with a free notecard of your choice. Just add your message in the box provided, and we will handwrite it for you and pop it inside the gift box.

No — we do not include receipts or pricing inside our gift boxes. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order, but the recipient won't see any payment information.
